After close monitoring we have determined that the API is now stable, and no further degradation has been detected. As such, we’re closing the issue.

We’re experiencing issues relating to database connectivity for our Integration API at visdoc.visbook.com, and the VisBook Engine for this API.

The issue is being investigated, and we’re working hard to identify the root cause. An update will be posted in 30 minutes, if not earlier.
