Database Connectivity
We have deployed the mitigation and our database connectivity is now in a fully stable state.
We’re continuing work on our mitigation. Currently, our service remains mostly stable, but with occasional hiccups.
We’ve identified problematic code and we’re working on a mitigation to minimize the risk of recurrence. The connectivity in the meanwhile has returned to normal, but we continue to monitor until and after the mitigation is deployed.
We’re currently experiencing general slowness with some database queries. We’re investigating the issue. An update will be posted in around 30 minutes, if not earlier.
