Nets (Netaxept) Payment Service Disruption
The incident has now been resolved and Netaxept payment service has been resumed to normal operation.
We are currently experiencing a disruption in Nets’ Netaxept payment service, starting at 19:07 CEST on July 19, 2025.
Impact:
Merchants may be unable to process card transactions via Netaxept.
Access to the Netaxept Admin interface may also be unavailable.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide updates as Nets shares more information. This issue affects only Netaxept-based transactions.
