Earlier today, we experienced a brief service disruption affecting some customers. The issue was quickly identified and resolved by restarting an application component, and normal service has been fully restored.

We are currently working on additional preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of recurrence and are closely monitoring the platform. Our team is continuing a deeper review to fully understand the root cause.
