Incident affecting booking changes in VisBook

We have sent direct notifications in VisBook to customers with affected orders. These notifications are available in the Inbox / globe and are linked to the specific orders that may contain incorrect pricing.

Affected customers are requested to review and, if necessary, correct prices, rates, and total amounts for the relevant order lines.

Hello,

Earlier today, Wednesday, April 22, 2026, we had an incident that could cause incorrect pricing when existing bookings were modified through the VisBook Windows client. The issue was active approximately between 14:30 and 21:15 and has now been resolved.

The issue may also have affected some credit notes created during the same period. Our current assessment is that this mainly impacted accommodation and activity bookings changed in the VisBook Windows client during the incident window.

The issue has been corrected on our side, and no update to the VisBook Windows client is required.

We are currently investigating and identifying bookings that may have incorrect pricing as a result of this incident. Please review any bookings or credit notes changed during the affected period.
