General instability – investigating
The incident has been resolved, and we are conducting a post-mortem to prevent future occurrences.
Further investigation has shown that the instability affected only a subset of users. We have applied some changes that appear to have improved the situation. However, we have not yet been able to confirm the underlying root cause.
We are actively monitoring the systems and will provide a further update if anything changes or once we can confirm the issue is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently experiencing general instability across our systems, including login errors affecting some users. The root cause has not yet been identified. Our technical team is actively investigating and working to restore full service as quickly as possible.
