Investigating ongoing issue
Service has returned to normal, but we are monitoring to ensure continued stability.
We are still actively working on resolving the issue. Some users may now experience improvements, but this is not yet consistent across the board. We’ll continue to post updates as progress is made.
Our DNS provider is currently experiencing issues causing our domains to resolve to an incorrect IP address. We have reached out to our DNS provider and will be working with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We are aware of a potential issue with our integrationAPI and are currently investigating. We will provide updates as we learn more.
