We are continuing to work closely with our DNS provider to resolve the intermittent connectivity issues some customers are experiencing.
We appreciate your patience and will provide another update within 30 minutes or as soon as we have more information.

Investigating

Some customers are still experiencing intermittent issues with reaching VisBook servers. We are still working with our DNS provider to solve the situation and will provide updates as we learn more.

Service has returned to normal, but we are monitoring to ensure continued stability.

Problem Identified

Our DNS provider is currently experiencing issues causing our domains to resolve to an incorrect IP address. We have reached out to our DNS provider and will be working with them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We are aware of a potential issue with our integrationAPI and are currently investigating. We will provide updates as we learn more.
